Dream job alert!  We were beyond excited to be asked to cater the Soil Association's annual Boom Awards, aka "Best Of Organic Market" Awards this month.

For those that don't know The Soil Association's work, listen up!  They're an amazing charity that champion organic food, responsible farming, sustainable living and the protection of our environment.  They also give companies their official organic certification.

So to collaborate with them was a huge honour for Peardrop.  We were given a list of those brands shortlisted for awards and tasked with coming up with a menu incorporating as many of them as possible.  What a dream!  Especially to work with so many of the brands who came to  Fare Healthy.  The week of the party was insane - every hour the door would open and we'd be greeted with another delivery from one of the country's finest producers - lamb chops, smoked hams, olive oils, huge cheeses, beautiful breads and vegetables and chocolate. 

Thank you Soil Association for letting us loose on all that produce!
