Each ticket includes three 30 minute rotating classes:
Reformer Pilates: work on your postural alignment, core strength and endurance
Strength: focus on key muscle groups with strength-based exercises using the squat rack, cable machine, dumbbells and resistance bands
HIIT: designed to develop cardiovascular fitness and stamina
