We are delighted to be collaborating with one of Notting Hill’s finest gyms, OPUS, for a morning of stretching, crunching and energy boost brunching.

Each ticket includes three 30 minute rotating classes: 

Reformer Pilates: work on your postural alignment, core strength and endurance

Strength: focus on key muscle groups with strength-based exercises using the squat rack, cable machine, dumbbells and resistance bands

HIIT: designed to develop cardiovascular fitness and stamina

Join us for a sit down brunch with an inspired menu to revitalize and reward you for your morning’s achievements!

Beetroot Bloody Marys & Workshop coffee

Rhubarb & coconut chia jars with oat & rye crumble

Toasted banana bread with Greek yoghurt, honey, homemade Nutella & fresh fruit

Spring green buckwheat bowl with poached eggs, maple paprika bacon & wild ketchup

THE FINER DEETS!

  • 11am start for exercise with brunch at 12.45pm

  • Tickets priced at £38 (plus a £1.50 booking fee) and includes a goodie bag for every participant

  • Exclusive exercise classes with only 8 per session

  • No need to bring anything, water and all equipment will be provided (and OPUS has 3 female & 3 male showers)
