At Peardrop we pride ourselves in bright, polite and efficient staff who run the kitchen, the bar and the room effortlessly, so you can pay full attention to your party. We have our own big and trusty team of chefs, managers, waiters, waitresses & mixologists that we call upon when it's party time.
Rose founded Peardrop in 2013, after growing frustrated with the lack of any healthy or interesting lunch options in Soho, where she worked as a talent agent. Starting with nothing from her home kitchen and delivering on a clapped out Vespa, she quickly has grown Peardrop into a thriving business.
In 2014, Rose went on to found Fare Healthy, a health & wellbeing festival and the first of its kind in the UK.
She continues to be the head chef at Peardrop & is so proud to see the company grow up and graduate to the next level.
Lisa's past experience studying nutrition and working in marketing at M&S stood her in good stead to head up the operations at Peardrop.
Wanting to be involved in the world of food and nutrition, she found Peardrop after reading about them in Telegraph Magazine. She came to do a week's work experience in 2014 and never left! She is the girl who seamlessly and smilingly makes our events happen. Her Irish charm and upbringing means she's completely equipped to deal with the madness of the catering world!
Brooklyn was Peardrop's first front of house member of staff back in 2013 and has grown with the company. She graduated with a BAHons degree from The Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in 2010 and has since then worked as a freelance makeup artist as well. Her creative flare along with her keen interest and experience in events and hospitality brought her to Peardrop and she now works behind the scenes in the office, as well as managing events with a specific focus on cocktails.
Her impeccable knowledge of cocktails and efficiency at running bars means she ensures every party runs without a hitch.
Tara’s career in food began at Leith’s School of Food & Wine in 2013 where she won the highest practical mark in the school.
Looking for some work experience in her area, she found Peardrop, then a brand new company, and immediately impressing everyone, she joined the team.
After an enlightening period cooking in India and subsequently the acclaimed restaurant Kricket in Brixton, she returned to Peardrop as a freelance chef.
In her downtime, Tara adds to her impressive portfolio working for Delicious Magazine, BBC Good Food, Channel 4 and The Art of Dining.
She is passionately interested in the journey of food through the ages, which she writes about in her historical blog Tara Back in Thyme.
