Our food is driven to you by one of our drivers or a courier company and is added on to your order at checkout.

• Collection from W4 5PY are free.

• We charge only £10 if you are ordering from W4 or TW9.

• All other postcodes within M25 are £50.

• Outside M25 is charged at cost.

We have a minimum spend of £350 on weekdays and £400 on weekends plus delivery across all our products.

Of course, we’d be happy to customise your order. We charge a fee for bespoke orders. Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

We will try our best to accommodate your timings, but we reserve the right to charge an early morning fee if our chefs have to wake up before public transport does.

How long is a piece of string?! We've all been there, standing by the door of the kitchen, waiting for the next fresh tray. Because canapés are REALLY EXCITING. (But you knew that already, that's why you're here). Most people are getting full after around 8-9 canapés. For pre-dinner drinks over an hour or two, we think 6-8 feels right.

If you want to feed your guests substantially throughout the evening, we suggest 5-6 canapés alongside our grazing platters or bowls.

3 bowls per head is enough to replace a meal.

CANAPÉ MATHS

Each box contains 40 canapés, 20 of each type.

Our MOQ of 3 boxes is 120 canapés.

We recommend about 6 per head for a 2 hour reception.

So 120 canapés (3 boxes for £435) will feed around 20 people.

240 canapes (6 boxes for £870) will feed around 40 people.

We love our Wahaca Spicy Margs, which we sell in cans. We also sell wine and Dash water.

We are used to running extensive event bars so please do get in touch about setting up a bar with cocktails, mocktails, tea, coffee, ice, glassware and anything else you may require.

The canapes in the “heat” box require reheating, but the other boxes are ready to go!

In hot weather, some micro garnishes and tiny finishing touches will be sent separately for you to do at the last minute - don’t worry, we’ll include clear instructions! Allow for 3 minutes per box of 20.

Canapés are intricate and look best on plain, un-patterned plates and trays. You can hire our canapé trays on our order page.

They work better handed round too (you’ll want to show them off!)

Forks for the bowls are included.

Napkins are not included, we’re leaving that one up to you.

The grazing platters come with presentation instructions, but they’re basically ready to put down and tuck into. Napkins, knives & plates are not included, but are available on request.

We hire out our canapé trays too at £8.50 each.

Sandwich Platters are for sale in our Platter category on our order page.

Sandwich platters cost £130 and contains 30 small sandwiches, each one 3 bite size).

This will feed 10 people.

Choose 2 or 3 types of sandwich per platter. GF options on request.

Yes of course! You would then need some of our chefs to come and do their thing, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for a quote.

We ask for as much notice as humanly possible! Our cut off is 48 hours. Orders will be refunded if they are made within that time frame.

No sorry, but other products do, so please do enquire and let us know what you’re after.

It depends what you’re talking about as moisture in a fridge can make canapés and other items go soggy.

Ideally you will be eating them quite soon after delivery so won’t need to refrigerate them, however the “fin” and “plant” boxes are best kept in the fridge. The boxes are A4 size.

The grazing platters should be ideally be refrigerated if there is more than two hours wait. Please enquire for further info.

They are much better value! With a serviced event, we charge chefs’ hours & a call out fee.

These are designed for those when you want to entertain guests with beautiful food, without a catering team in your house.

We are also finding these to be very popular with venues that have no facilities. Hosting friends on a rooftop? Or in an art gallery with no kitchen? Bingo!
